Nv200 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the nv200 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. By using the nv200 platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nv200 platform, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the nv200 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited by local law;
- Register an account in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
Nv200 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to have one account on the nv200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated, with balances either returned or forfeited at the platform's discretion.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date whenever changes occur. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension or delays in withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. nv200 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at support@nv200.app.
Prohibited activities include: transferring your account to another party, sharing login credentials, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, and any attempt to manipulate the system or games.
Payment, Deposit and MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the nv200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currency payments directly. Any currency conversion that may occur through third-party payment providers is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposit
Deposits into your nv200 account can be made via available payment methods, including FPX, local e-wallets, and bank transfers. Minimum deposit limits are set by the platform and are subject to change. A deposit is only deemed valid once it has been fully credited to your account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your nv200 account. Withdrawal requests with mismatched names or identification details will be held for verification. nv200 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal to confirm the user's identity.
The platform is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system failures, or inaccurate user information.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Nv200 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nv200 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures.
Users acknowledge that online betting carries real financial risk. The nv200 platform serves as an entertainment medium and does not guarantee any returns or profits from its use.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nv200 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of nv200 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nv200.
Third-Party Links
The nv200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for user convenience only. nv200 has no control over third-party website content and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Nv200 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breaching any terms set out in this document;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Registering or operating multiple accounts;
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised technical methods to interact with the platform;
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system in a manner contrary to the intent of the offer.
If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, the balance in that account may be forfeited. Account closure decisions are final, subject to an internal appeals process that can be initiated via the support email. Users who voluntarily close their account may contact nv200 support to process any eligible balance withdrawal prior to closure.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Nv200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.
By continuing to use the nv200 platform after any changes are published, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the nv200 platform shall first be referred to negotiation before being brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
